Job Description
Join our Dublin team as a Customer Representative. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support for all their travel needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Assist with travel bookings and modifications
- Resolve customer issues and complaints
- Provide information about travel services and policies
- Maintain customer records and update information
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues
Requirements
- 1-3 years of customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and empathy in dealing with customers
- Basic computer skills and CRM experience
- Fluent in English (Irish Gaelic is a plus)
- High school diploma or equivalent
