Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our New York team. You will be responsible for ensuring our clients have exceptional experiences throughout their travel journey, from initial booking to post-trip follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with high-value corporate and leisure clients
- Proactively identify and resolve customer issues
- Conduct regular check-ins and satisfaction surveys
- Collaborate with travel consultants to ensure seamless service delivery
- Develop and implement customer retention strategies
- Analyze customer feedback and recommend service improvements
Requirements
- 3-5 years of customer success or account management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Travel industry experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
